About This Service.
We offer a professional skin lesion imaging service to support the monitoring of moles and other skin concerns.
High-quality images are taken using specialist equipment and securely submitted to an independent, UK-based dermatology reporting service for review.
This service is designed to provide an external assessment of your images. Maverick Aesthetics does not provide diagnosis, clinical assessment, or medical advice in relation to skin lesions.
Following review, a report is issued by the external provider, which may include guidance on whether further medical assessment is recommended.
If you have any concerns about a mole or skin lesion, or notice changes such as growth, colour variation, itching, or bleeding, we strongly advise seeking advice directly from your GP.

Having images taken of moles and skin lesions can help you monitor any changes over time. If you notice changes in size, shape, or colour, or experience itching or bleeding, we strongly recommend speaking with your GP in the first instance.
We use specialist imaging equipment to capture high-quality images of your mole or skin lesion. These images are securely submitted to an independent, UK-based dermatology reporting service. A report is then issued by the external provider, usually within 24 hours.
No. The imaging process is completely non-invasive and pain-free.
Appointments vary depending on the number of moles being imaged, around 30 minutes for one mole, up to an hour for several.
In most cases the report from the external provider is issued within 24 hours of your appointment.
If the report suggests further assessment is needed, we would advise you to contact your GP or seek specialist medical advice. Maverick Aesthetics does not provide clinical referrals or medical advice.
